Introduction

I respect your privacy. This document explains what data I process, for what purpose, and what choices you have.

What data I process

Depending on how you use the website, I may process: (a) contact form data (name, email, message), (b) client account data (name, email, role, access logs), (c) content you store in the client zone (e.g. notes), and (d) technical data necessary for security (e.g. session identifiers), and (e) aggregated daily counts of ordinary public-page requests by page, requested content ID and language. A subset of recognized automated requests is counted using temporary inspection of the incoming User-Agent header; the aggregate counters do not store that header or a visitor/session identifier. I also count first-party public interaction signals in daily aggregates: observed same-site navigation, clicked links, scroll-depth and visible-time thresholds, Journey stage changes, contact-form submission attempts and Calendly booking-widget stages. Only predefined page/content/language/event dimensions and counts are retained; I do not create a browser identifier or keep an individual interaction history. Separately, my hosting provider may retain technical HTTP access logs for operations and security.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies support the website, including security, sessions, language choice, and remembering cookie preferences. Server-side aggregate counts of ordinary public-page requests do not add an analytics cookie or browser session identifier. Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) are enabled independently only with your consent. Without the relevant consent, these measurement scripts do not load. You can change or withdraw your choices anytime through Cookie settings in the footer. With advertising-measurement consent, this site temporarily remembers four campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content) in sessionStorage for the current browser tab and passes them to Calendly when you open the booking form. Declining or withdrawing advertising consent clears these stored values. These first-party interaction counters do not use a new cookie, localStorage or a visitor/session identifier; their aggregate counts are separate from optional GA4 and Meta tracking.

Third-party services

Some functions rely on third parties: email delivery (Google Workspace / Gmail SMTP), scheduling (Calendly – loaded only after you click to book), and optional Google sign-in. When you allow it, Google Analytics 4 (Google) processes visit and interaction data, and Meta Pixel (Meta) measures advertising effectiveness, including selected conversion events. Providers may process information under their own policies.

Data retention

I retain personal data as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests. If measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and Meta may process technical identifiers, visits, and events under their own policies and retention settings; this information is not necessarily anonymous. The first-party daily interaction tables retain only aggregates for evaluating the public website, not individual event records or visitor paths.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access control, secure sessions, and best-effort hardening). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Policy Changes

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
