6 months, 20 sessions. Structured development of the abilities your target role requires, with real-world practice and ongoing feedback.

I'll set aside a significant part of my time to be available as you work through real situations at work. With priority access and highly flexible scheduling.
You don't need to choose a package when booking. If working together makes sense, I'll recommend the option that best fits your situation.
Open mentoring every week
Every Wednesday, I'm online to answer your questions or have a discussion in a small group (up to 4 participants plus me). Come talk about career growth, where to go next, or specific situations from work. Feel free to ask about my mentoring or what I offer. Or just drop by for a chat and see what interesting things come out of it. We usually speak Czech.
