Service description

I provide individual mentoring focused on professional development (primarily for software developers). The service may include online sessions, follow-up tasks, and access to digital materials in the client zone.

How an agreement is made

The intro call is free and non-binding. If we both decide to cooperate, the scope, form, and price are agreed individually (typically by email) and confirmed by invoice/payment.

Pricing and payment

Mentoring is typically provided as a multi-session package. Payment is made in advance based on an invoice and bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hours before start. Late cancellations or no-shows are counted as completed sessions.

Ending the Mentoring Engagement

The client may end the engagement at any time. I may also end the engagement if it becomes clear that the mentoring is not serving its intended purpose, the necessary cooperation is lacking, or mutual trust has been seriously undermined. In that case, I will inform the client in writing of the reason for termination, giving 14 days' notice. When the engagement ends, I will refund the corresponding portion of the amount paid for any unused sessions. The client's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Client zone and digital content

If you receive access to the client zone, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Digital materials are provided as-is and may be updated over time. Reasonable availability is provided, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed (e.g. maintenance or outages).

Mentoring is not psychological, therapeutic, legal, or medical care. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Information shared during mentoring is confidential unless you explicitly agree otherwise or disclosure is required by law. All materials provided by me (texts, frameworks, recordings, files) are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only; redistribution is not allowed without my written consent.

Data protection and cookies

Personal data is processed securely. Some functions rely on third parties: email delivery (Google Workspace / Gmail SMTP), scheduling (Calendly – loaded only after you click to book), and optional Google sign-in. Essential cookies support the website, including security, sessions, language choice, and remembering cookie preferences. Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) are enabled independently only with your consent. If measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and Meta may process technical identifiers, visits, and events under their own policies and retention settings; this information is not necessarily anonymous.
